Continuous 750 m frontage on the state highway.
Near the Baroda–Bagodara–Tarapur six-lane highway, connecting Saurashtra and South Gujarat.
30–40 minutes from the Ahmedabad–Vadodara expressway.
A 90 m wide bypass is proposed in the development plan, touching Nal Sarovar Road and passing near the site.

Nal Sarovar Catchment

The state government has given its nod to a proposal for India’s first-ever Rs. 2,000 crore education-park-based city on 2,000 acres of land near Nal Sarovar, and this project will be part of the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited.

Nal Sarovar is a famous bird sanctuary and well-known tourist destination, home to migratory birds through winter and spring. It is the largest wetland bird sanctuary in Gujarat and one of the largest in India.

Major Development Plans

Chance of religious tourism development: just beside the scheme, 900 vigha of land belongs to the Swaminarayan Sampraday, and big activities are likely in future. In neighbouring Kesardi village, the Gujarat government plans to develop Jodhalpir temple for religious tourism. Brahmin Durgadham temple is on the Kanotar–Kesardi road.
